Founder & CEO, Nazek Luxury Homes
She earned her Engineering Degree from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), the number 1 rated engineering and technology university in Europe. Before entering the Dubai real estate market, Nazek built her career as a Civil Engineer working on major projects associated with Copenhagen Airport in Denmark. One of her biggest milestone was being the decision maker on the Terminal 3 Copenhagen airport extension, which has resultet in a building permit for the mentioned Terminal.
For the past three years, she has successfully advised clients in Dubai’s luxury property sector, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of market trends and investment opportunities. closing more than AED 200 million in transactions within her first years in the market.
Having worked with clients across Europe, Australia, and the Middle East, Nazek provides independent advice across multiple developers and communicates fluently in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Arabic and English.
As the founder of Nazek Luxury Homes, she is committed to delivering a highly personalized experience built on transparency, professionalism, and long-term client relationships.
About Zeineb Ben Salah
Zeineb Ben Salah brings a unique combination of engineering precision and real estate expertise to Dubai’s property market. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Leibniz University Hannover, Germany, and further academic experience from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to entering real estate, she built her career as an engineer with Audi, developing a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. After relocating to Dubai, Zeineb transitioned into real estate and quickly established herself as a trusted advisor, successfully closing over AED 100 million in property transactions. Her engineering background allows her to evaluate investments beyond marketing materials by analyzing rental yields, service charges, infrastructure developments, construction quality, and long-term resale potential. Working independently across Dubai’s leading developers, she provides objective advice tailored to each client’s goals rather than promoting a single developer’s inventory. Her international clientele spans Europe, India, and the Middle East. Fluent in German, French, Arabic, and English, Zeineb is known for her transparent, data-driven approach and commitment to helping investors make informed decisions.
